Delivery

We ship Nationally and Internationally to NZ and the Oceania.

1) If there is an official representation/Distributor in your country of residence, all purchases are to be made through them.

By placing an order at Mederbeautyscience.com.au outside Australia you agree to pay any duty and taxes that will be charged once the parcel arrives to your country. We cannot predict what these charges will be, if any, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Meder Beauty Science has no control over these charges and is not able to pay these charges for you or refund any of them. If the duty or tax is not paid by you in due time, your parcel will be returned to us automatically. We will then issue a refund for your order, excluding the shipping cost.

Deliveries will be made by the Carrier to the address stipulated in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and that someone is present to accept delivery.

If we are not able to deliver your Goods within 30 days of the date of your order, we shall notify you by e-mail to arrange another date for delivery.

We may deliver the Goods in instalments if they are not all available at the same time for delivery.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.

All goods must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the goods may be retained by the driver. When your Goods arrive, it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Goods have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimise your inconvenience.

Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable.

Goods are sent by post.  We will notify you by email to tell you when we have despatched your order. The carrier will provide tracking details to track your order.

No delivery time given is to be treated as contractual. We are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Time for delivery specified on the Order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from purchase in case there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase. Please note that the shipping cost is non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.

The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered.

So far as possible, Goods should be returned:

  • with both goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;
  • securely wrapped;
  • including our delivery slip;
  • at your risk and cost.

You must notify us by email message to admin@mederbeautyscience.com.au that you would like to return Goods, specifying exactly what Goods and when purchased, and giving full details of the defect.  We will then issue a returns note.  If you send Goods to us without a returns note, we may not be able to identify sufficient details to enable us to attend to your request.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@mederbeautyscience.com.au

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@mederbeautyscience.com.au

Rewards/Gifts
If the item was marked as a Reward/Gifts when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a reward code or gift certificate will be sent to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a Reward/Gifts when purchased, or the gift giver had the order
shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he or she will be notified about your return.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
